The USB to CAN interface is used to connect a personal computer to a MG Master.

While connected various settings can be readout and changed using the Diagnostic tool software. As the name implies the software can also used to diagnose a running system which may have a fault. Furthermore the USB to CAN can also be used to update MG batteries, Masters and energy monitor.
