Sikaflex-290 DC PRO is a one-component, polyurethane-based sealant specially developed for deck sealing of traditional wooden decks.

It exhibits excellent weather resistance and is therefore suitable for exposed open joints in marine environments. The compound cures to form a permanent elastic joint which is quickly and easily sandable. Sikaflex-290 DC PRO meets the requirements set by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO)

Used together with SikaPrimer (102946) and Sikaflex-298 deck sealant for bonding planks or entire teak cockpit sets. 300 ml is sufficient for approx. 12 lpm when gluing 5 x 5 mm grooved grooves, without spillage.
Sikaflex-290i DC and Sikaflex-290 DC PRO must not be combined in the same container due to the different chemical properties of the products!
