Description
A sealed, maintenance-free battery which does not contain any free electrolyte. Available in eight different models. Better suited for deeper discharge.
The electrolyte in these batteries is absorbed by glassfiber mat separators between the battery plates. This means that in normal usage, the battery cannot leak. Even if the battery is accidentally dropped and the casing is damaged, the battery cannot leak as all the electrolyte is enclosed within the glassfiber mat separators. This type of battery can even be shipped by airfreight, and the new line replaces the previous range of VETUS AGM batteries.
