As the electrolyte is semi-solid, no stratification (the seperation of the active elements) of the electrolyte can occur.
This has a very good effect on the life span of the battery which is extremely long compared with other types.
The battery may also be installed horizontally as the electrolyte cannot leak.
The battery design uses “tubular plates” which permit extremely deep discharge (up to 95%).
